Came here on a Sunday and was able to find seating in a packed house. We ordered the #8 banh xeo and the banh beo. The batter was nice and crispy, the pork was crispy, the shrimp was plentiful. I wasn't a fan of the banh beo, but I should've ordered the one with pork skin. Service was good. We will come back.

Excellent spot for banh xeo and a few other choice dishes! It can get pretty crowded so make sure you get on the waitlist, but they move pretty efficiently. The food was pretty spot on, the banh xeo was defintely the star, but I really enjoyed the bun rieu. You've got your typical viet bun dishes as well. Lots of veggies and sauces to accompany, so it will be an authentic experience. The iced coffee packs a punch, as it should! The restaurant itself is contemporary, they fit in a lot of people but it doesn't feel too crowded. The staff works very quickly and they place your order when you're move up the wait list so you don't have to wait long to get your food, definitely appreciated that on their busy day. Overall, a really nice place to visit, with some excellent dishes!

Everyone and their mothers (including me and my mother!) go here for the bánh xèo. I like their bánh bèo and bánh xèo, and maybe it's because rhyming amuses me, but the food is cooked as I like it. The bánh xèo texture is perfect and I get all the veggies I want to garnish and wrap. My aunt figure who is also Yelp Elite uses Quan Mii's bánh xèo as a benchmark, so much so that she name-dropped Quan Mii at another business whose bánh xèo was not up to her standards. She said, and I quote, "Have you heard of this business called Quan Mii? You should try their bánh xèo and take notes." Suffice to say, I am not sure if we are welcome back at that other restaurant. But Quan Mii is the place to be.

Sometimes you crave banh xeo, so you gotta go grab some at one of the og places. Banh xeo portions are huge and the service is quick. The banh bro portions are generous, and we enjoyed the bite size portions. The banh xeo is quite crunchy, and the nuoc mam dipping sauce is flavored just right. There's usually no wait when you swing by, and there's ample seating inside. Parking is lot parking and is convenient.

Our usual Banh Xeo spot closed down and I was looking for a new place to enjoy one of our fav vietnamese dishes. Quan Mii did not disappoint! Banh xeo is nice and crispy with all the yummy fixings inside. Veggies are fresh and plenty. Price is reasonable and the servers are helpful. We have gone at different times, lunch and dinner... wait has never been too bad. There are two locations and both are equally as delicious!

Yum one the crispiest banh xeo I've had. Comes with an abundance of fresh veggies to wrap your crispy bite in. We joined the online Yelp waitlist and didn't have to wait for too long on a Saturday afternoon. The interior is clean, well light and the service is pretty quick. We decided to try a smaller of the menu, two banh xeos, a soup noodle, the rice appetizers (banh beo) and the boiled pork wraps. A standout fish was definitely the pork it was so tender and juicy making for a refreshing bite. The banh beo was also solid I just found the larger portions/cups harder to eat. While the bun rieu was a bit lacking in salt but nothing a little shrimp paste couldn't fix. Excited for the next time I'm nearby to have that crispy banh xeo again!!

Hands-down, the best banh xeo anywhere. This place used to be packed back in the days, but I guess since competition is heavy in this area there was no wait on a Thursday evening. Fresh vegetables, always, and an abundance of rice paper wraps. Services always on point. Don't forget to ask for the quan mi sauce. Spicy and sweet-ish, I like to mix in with my Nuc Cham (aka fish sauce) Love to come here because the flavor is always on point.

Me and my family went here on a whim for my dad's birthday and it was a pleasant surprise on the cleanliness, speedy service, and the customer service I encounter. Food was generally ok. Could use some flavor on the food or at least provide the sides to adjust sodium level or spice level. Other than that, I enjoyed it and my parents don't eat too much salty food to be conscious of their health so the level of sodium was perfect for them. To top it I asked if they sold the brother without the protein or noodles and they gave it to me as a complimentary. Pleasantly surprised on that and that what made me decide to give them the 5 stars. Will come back

Located in a business strip. They have a shared parking lot with others and it's free. Had to come back here since I was back in town. Service was fast and friendly. This time I tried the pork shank spring rolls and the banh xeo (crispy Vietnamese crepe) spring rolls. Both entrees are large portions. Each dish you would roll with the ingredients provided and put into a rice paper pile and water provided. Also comes with fish sauces. OMG. SO DELICIOUS! So full too. lol. Definitely coming back to try other dishes in the future.

This is the best Banh Xeo I've ever had! It's crispy and not soggy like other places. We got the #8 banh xeo dac biet and it has pork, shrimp and squid. I asked for extra lettuce and substituted it for the mint herbs. The egg rolls were also delicious. I love the crispier taste compared to the other egg rolls you get. We dined in at 6:30pm on a Sunday and didn't have to wait. The ambiance wasn't too loud and we enjoyed our dinner. This is my go to spot whenever I'm in the OC area.
